Overview
A global transportation company is seeking a Paralegal or Contract Specialist with over 5 years of experience for an ongoing remote engagement starting as soon as possible. This full-time role involves supporting the legal department with contract management and pre-litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and coordinate commercial contracts and NDAs, including service agreements, SLAs, procurement, real estate, and government contracts
- Manage contract lifecycle activities such as contract generation, database maintenance, and ensuring data accuracy (e.g., using Onit)
- Provide ongoing contract guidance and coordination with internal customers, affiliates, and divisions
- Support legal staff with investigation and handling of claims and other pre-litigation matters, including document review, phone interviews, communication with investigators and outside counsel, and claims investigation
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal or Contract Specialist
- Ability to work full-time remotely
- Experience with commercial contracts and contract lifecycle management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Engagement Details
- Location: Remote

- Duration: Ongoing engagement
- Compensation: $1,800 per week (flexible based on experience)
- Employment: Candidates will be employed (W-2) by a workforce solutions company for the duration of the engagement
