Overview

A fast-growing federal contracting organization is seeking an experienced paralegal to support a federal government agency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide litigation support.
  • Assist with decision writing.
  • Process documents, including conversion and database loading of raw data into searchable and retrievable records.
  • Communicate orally and in writing with employees, management, and outside Federal agencies.
  • Utilize knowledge of processes and procedures in the Federal Government environment (preferred).

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams handling a large volume of work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Paralegal certificate.
  • Associate's degree (AA) preferred.
