Overview
A remote-first organization is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join its Litigation team. This role involves providing advanced paralegal support across U.S. Consumer Litigation, International Litigation, and Commercial Litigation. The team manages a high-volume docket spanning multiple jurisdictions and regulatory matters globally.
Responsibilities
- Manage matter tracking and case file organization for a high-volume docket across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and currency of records.
- Execute discovery and trial preparation tasks, including document production, deposition coordination, and exhibit management.
- Develop and implement improved processes and tools to reduce manual effort and support the growing caseload of the Litigation team.
- Assist in responding to subpoenas, summons, levies, garnishments, and other civil third-party requests.
- Maintain strict deadline management by calendaring all case milestones, court dates, and filing deadlines without misses.
- Coordinate with outside counsel and government agencies on case logistics, document exchanges, and scheduling.
- Manage small claims court matters, including preparing filings, coordinating appearances, and tracking case outcomes across applicable jurisdictions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with direct experience managing case dockets of 50+ matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to handle discovery workflows end-to-end, including use of e-discovery platforms, document review, and production.
- Experience building or improving operational processes that reduce manual effort or increase accuracy for legal teams.
- Familiarity with responding to third-party legal requests such as subpoenas, summons, levies, and garnishments.
- Knowledge of litigation involving financial services, cryptocurrency, or technology companies.
- Responsible use of generative AI tools, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
- Experience managing small claims court matters, including drafting filings and coordinating court appearances.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary range: $105,000 to $123,600 USD (varies by location).
- Total compensation may include equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

- Remote-first position with quarterly in-person working sessions.
