Overview
A marketing agency is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join their growing team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of vendor contracting for a key agency client, supporting the execution of high-profile promotional events and special projects.
The Paralegal will collaborate closely with legal counsel, internal business groups, and cross-functional partners to draft, analyze, and negotiate third-party agreements, manage compliance processes, and provide essential operational and administrative support.
Candidates based in the Greater Milwaukee area are preferred, though remote candidates will also be considered.
Responsibilities
- Manage the contracting process for vendor and third-party agreements from drafting and negotiation through execution and tracking.
- Serve as a liaison between the legal and risk department and internal agency teams to ensure clear communication, aligned timelines, and seamless contract management.
- Field inquiries requiring agency knowledge, manage updates to the privacy portal, and support attorneys and legal team members with various matters and special projects.
- Assist with subpoenas, garnishments, and privacy matters while maintaining confidentiality and diligence.
- Support core legal operations through scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining organized workflows, and handling special projects.
- Anticipate needs, fill gaps, and keep work moving smoothly with a proactive and independent approach.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
