Overview
A leading organization in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This role involves managing legal and contract-related tasks to support marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and demand creation. The position requires collaboration with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to translate market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. This is a remote position open to US-based candidates only, with no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract intake and tracking across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Draft and edit NDAs, statements of work (SOWs), vendor agreements, and other commercial documents using established best practices and templates
- Maintain and update the contract repository, ensuring accuracy in metadata and version control
- Prepare closing packets and coordinate routing of signatures for executed contracts
- Support the end-to-end data subject access request process and assist with privacy audits
- Prepare employment documents and support HR-related legal processes during onboarding and offboarding
- Provide ongoing support for litigation and claims, including document collection and coordination with outside counsel
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years' experience as a paralegal, either in-house or at a law firm, with a focus on corporate/commercial, privacy, or litigation matters
- Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and Google Workspace is essential; familiarity with e-discovery tools is preferred
- Strong drafting, proofreading, and document assembly skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage workflows and priorities across multiple global time zones (U.S., U.K., India)
- Excellent communication and project management skills suitable for a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $160,000 – $185,000
