Responsibilities
- Review routine agreements, prepare drafts, update templates, and assist with negotiation materials
- Manage deadlines, track progress across workstreams, and ensure timely access to required information
- Analyse legislation, summarise regulatory updates, and prepare concise briefing notes
- Maintain organised filing systems, ensure version control, and support accurate internal records
- Schedule meetings, prepare materials, coordinate with external advisers, and assist with daily operational needs
- Refine workflows, update internal procedures, and contribute to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency
Requirements
- Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant, or junior legal support roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing, and redlining
- Effective communication skills and confidence liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work on-site as required and contribute positively to team culture
