Overview

A fully remote law firm client is seeking experienced attorneys for partnership opportunities. Partners have the ability to control and build their own practice while working remotely, with flexible billing rates, alternative fee arrangements, and transparent compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a legal practice in one or more of the following areas: General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Litigation, Intellectual Property (IP), Banking & Finance, Securities & SEC, Commercial Real Estate, Labor & Employment, Entrepreneurial Business Law, Technology and Outsourcing, Bankruptcy, and others.
  • Originate and bill legal services to clients, maintaining a minimum book of business of $250,000 annually.
  • Collaborate with the firm to maximize income potential through flexible billing and fee arrangements.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with experience in one or more of the specified practice areas.
  • Proven ability to originate and maintain a book of business of at least $250,000 annually.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a flexible practice.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation is based on annual originations and billings.
