Overview

A national distributed law firm is seeking experienced attorneys to join its growing practice. The firm offers a flexible, technology-driven alternative to traditional private practice, serving clients across Corporate, Fintech, Intellectual Property, Real Estate, and Litigation practice areas. Founded to support early-stage, venture-backed companies, the firm emphasizes a tech-forward and disruptive approach.

Compensation Model

Attorneys are compensated based on a percentage of fees collected from their clients rather than a salary. This model allows attorneys to retain a larger share of the value they generate through client origination and matter responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Originate and handle legal matters across various practice groups
  • Contribute to the growth of the firm through business development efforts

Who We're Seeking

  • Association as Counsel: Attorneys from senior in-house positions without a demonstrable book of business are welcome to apply. Applicants must identify at least one anchor client and present a clear business development plan.
  • Partnership: Candidates for lateral partnership should demonstrate a significant transferable book of originations. Those with less experience in this area may apply for counsel positions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm or in-house with a reputable company
  • Graduation from a top-tier law school or demonstrated excellent and sustained reputation in the industry
  • Eligibility to work in the United States, with verification required upon hire

Equal Opportunity

The organization is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion and is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Qualified applicants are evaluated without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected status under applicable law.
