Overview
The organization has been providing IP services for over 16 years to a range of clients, from Fortune 50 companies to mid-sized organizations. Due to continued growth, this role is for Patent Attorneys and/or Patent Agents with 4–7+ years of experience.
A remote workplace environment supports hiring across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Work on an established prep/pros docket involving US and foreign matters.
- Handle opinion work as part of a varied caseload.
- Rely on a support team (project management and paralegal support) to reduce non-billable administrative workload and focus time on billable matters.
- Participate in a partnership track for top-performing attorneys.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of law firm experience, with “substantial” prep/pros experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Telecommunications and/or actual engineering experience.
- A book of business.
