Overview

A growing, fast-paced personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney to join their team remotely. This full-time position requires a California Bar license and involves managing the firm's pre-litigation caseload from case commencement through settlement.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the pre-litigation caseload, ensuring cases are assigned, reviewed, and processed efficiently
  • Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team productivity
  • Establish and maintain caring relationships with clients
  • Oversee client communication during the pre-litigation phase, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries professionally
  • Communicate extensively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties
  • Assist in negotiating settlements with insurance companies and other parties
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate documentation, adherence to legal procedures, and compliance with firm standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain effective communication
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to a long-term role with opportunities for growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
