A growing, fast-paced personal injury law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Supervising Attorney to join their remote team. This role requires a California Bar license and involves managing the firm's pre-litigation caseload from case commencement through settlement. Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the pre-litigation caseload, ensuring cases are assigned, reviewed, and processed efficiently.
  • Monitor case progress and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain caring relationships with clients.
  • Oversee client communication during the pre-litigation phase, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
  • Communicate extensively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
  • Assist in negotiating settlements with insurance companies and other parties to resolve pre-litigation cases.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure accurate documentation, adherence to legal procedures, and compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships through effective communication.
  • Skilled in handling various situations and conversations with a focus on seeking solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Interest in a long-term commitment with opportunities for growth.
