Probate / Trust and Estates Attorney - Remote
Overview
A well-established law firm in the Los Angeles area is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This position offers flexibility with hybrid (two days in office) or fully remote work options. The role requires licensure to practice law in California.
Responsibilities
- Handle trust and estate litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions, and other legal documents
- Work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days
Requirements
- Must be licensed to practice law in California
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
