Overview

A legal services organization is seeking experienced Construction Attorneys to support some of the world’s largest companies across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Advise construction companies on development and transactional issues
  • Provide direct counsel to corporate clients on construction matters
  • Draft and negotiate construction documents, including AIA and FIDIC contracts
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a construction lawyer, specializing in construction law, contract negotiation, and project development
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, real estate law, zoning regulations, and environmental laws
  • Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation
  • Experience with complex commercial real estate matters such as real estate finance, leasing, acquisitions, and sales is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally on complex projects
  • Active bar license in good standing in the state of residence
