A Silicon Valley-based law firm specializing exclusively in real estate litigation is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Attorney with 0-5 years of experience. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on complex cases within a collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive legal research and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
- Participate in all stages of the litigation process, including trial preparation and courtroom experience.
- Collaborate on case strategies to address complex legal challenges.
- Take depositions and participate in jury trials.
- Engage in continuous learning and mentorship to develop litigation skills.
Requirements
- Admission to the California Bar is required to interact with clients, take depositions, and conduct trials. Candidates licensed in California but residing out-of-state are welcome.
- Proficiency with legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Motivated, teachable, and open to constructive feedback.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to contribute in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $155,000 annually, depending on experience.
