A legal advisory role is available at a firm located in Flensburg, focusing on commercial, corporate, and succession law. Responsibilities

• Independently manage and advise medium-sized clients, including sole proprietorships, corporations, and corporate groups
• Provide legal counsel in commercial and corporate law, including contract drafting, company formations, ongoing corporate legal advice, and M&A transactions
• Conduct litigation and represent clients in disputes before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals
• Work in general civil law, including commercial lease law and inheritance law
• Handle matters in trademark, internet, competition law, and traditional trademark law
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from other legal specialties to develop comprehensive, practical solutions
• Actively contribute to client acquisition and the development of legal advisory services

Requirements
