Overview
An organization is seeking experienced US-based attorneys to join a legal evaluation team focused on training advanced AI models. This role involves applying high-level legal expertise to complex scenarios, contributing to the development of next-generation AI through rigorous legal analysis and high-quality written work.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality written work grounded in advanced US legal practice.
- Apply rigorous legal analysis to complex and ambiguous scenarios to assist in training frontier AI models.
- Deliver structured, "golden" reference work that meets the standards of top-tier law firm output.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top US law school (Top 14 strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years post-JD practice experience at a top-tier US law firm (Vault 50 / AmLaw 100 or equivalent prestige).
- Experience in Big Law transactional or litigation practice, or federal clerkship, is highly preferred.
- Active US bar admission.
- Currently based in the United States.
- Not eligible: H1-B or STEM OPT visa holders.
Compensation & Work Structure
- Hourly rate: $100 - $150 USD.
- 100% remote, independent contractor position.
- Flexible schedule with asynchronous collaboration alongside a small team of senior experts.
- Weekly payments processed via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
