Overview
A national debt relief law firm is seeking a licensed attorney to provide Debt Resolution services in a resource capacity. This full-time, permanent role involves working alongside primary state attorneys to support consumer debt relief efforts. The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance as needed in debt resolution cases
- Handle telephone consultations during peak business hours (8:00 am – 2:00 pm EST) in high-volume states
- Oversee settlements and conduct file reviews
- Engage extensively with clients by phone to explain the debt resolution process
- Manage a high volume of client interactions with patience and professionalism
- Adapt to short-notice consultation requests
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, or Virginia
- Comfortable using computers and basic software in a remote work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills: upbeat, engaging, patient, and customer-service oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in debtor/creditor law, bankruptcy, consumer debt defense, or collections
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary from $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Schedule
