• Lead high-stakes defense litigation for school districts across California

Requirements

• 10 years of experience with an employment litigation defense background
• Extensive experience in school district defense, wage and hour audits, and compliance documentation (including employee handbook development)
• Expertise in school district defense, including Title IX, ADA, FMLA, and wage/hour audit compliance
• Must be located in California and active bar admission
