Overview
A national debt relief law firm is seeking a full-time, remote attorney licensed in South Carolina to manage debt resolution cases and provide client consultations. The firm specializes in cost-effective legal representation for consumers and is experiencing rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage debt resolution files
- Conduct a high volume of telephone consultations with clients
- Oversee settlements and review case files
- Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals
- Provide clear explanations to clients about the debt resolution process
This role requires strong client interaction skills, patience, and the ability to handle a significant amount of phone communication.
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina state bar
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
- 10 days paid time off (increasing over time)
