A nationally recognized litigation defense firm with multiple offices and over 140 attorneys is seeking a Remote Litigation Attorney specializing in Products Liability. This role requires dual bar admission in California and a Midwest state (Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, or Missouri). The firm handles complex disputes nationwide for Fortune 500 companies, focusing on areas such as complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, product liability, toxic torts, and healthcare cases.
Responsibilities
- Defend companies and policyholders, including those in the automotive and manufacturing sectors
- Handle warranty cases
- Manage cases effectively
- Draft critical motions
- Develop written discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Participate in court proceedings
- Engage in trial and appellate work

Requirements
- Recent experience in toxic torts or products liability
- Licensed to practice law in California and one of the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, or Missouri
