Overview
A national debt relief law firm is seeking a full-time, remote attorney licensed in Ohio to manage debt resolution cases and consult with clients. The firm specializes in providing cost-effective legal representation to consumers and is experiencing rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage debt resolution files
- Conduct a high volume of telephone consultations with clients
- Oversee settlements and review case files
- Review and approve legal documents prepared by paralegals
- Provide legal assistance as needed
- Ensure clients understand the debt resolution process through clear communication
Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the Ohio state bar
- Comfortable with extensive client interaction and telephone communication
- Proficient with computers and basic software
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer debt defense and/or collections
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary from $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- 10 days of paid time off, with increases over time

- Annual performance reviews with raises up to 5% per year
