Overview

This role is for an experienced attorney with at least 15 years of practice, specializing in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation. The position involves managing cases with a high degree of autonomy and providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product liability and toxic tort cases, including multidistrict litigation and coordinated state proceedings.
  • Draft legal briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
  • Oversee document collection, review, and production.
  • Conduct causation and/or failure analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong case management skills and a solid work ethic.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Active bar membership in the state of residence and ability to waive into or already barred in a state where the firm has an office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers.
  • Familiarity with industries such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail and cosmetics, and technology.

  • Annual salary range: $170,000 - $200,000 (may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications).
