Remote Senior Litigation Associate

Overview

This role is for an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join the team remotely in Nevada, with reporting to the office in Denver, Colorado.

Employment type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage case files
• Conduct exceptional legal research
• Draft and produce high-quality written work product
• Handle civil litigation, including personal injury and/or transportation litigation matters
• Participate in trial activities (trial experience required)
• Support marketing and client development (interest required)
• Travel as needed

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the State of Nevada required; Colorado preferred
• 6+ years of Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and/or Transportation Litigation experience
• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• Interest in marketing and client development
• Ability to travel
