Requirements
- Prior experience with the organization, including having interviewed for and been accepted to the waitlist or having actively engaged with a client through the platform.
- Active bar membership in good standing (for attorneys).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Passion for innovation in legal practice.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year.
- Estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles ranges from $71,250 to $309,750 per year.
- Compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
- Additional benefits may include health, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays and paid time off; flexible work arrangements; and professional development opportunities and tools.
