Overview
A leading law firm specializing in advising institutional investors on corporate governance, shareholder rights, and securities litigation is seeking a full-time legal professional to join their team. The firm has a strong international reputation for excellence and integrity, with a history of prosecuting high-profile fraud cases and recovering over $40 billion for investors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Relativity searches
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Prepare chronologies and timelines
- Draft legal memoranda and pleadings
- Compile deposition kits
- Provide legal support to the case team
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required
- Active and in good standing bar membership in any U.S. state
- Strong proficiency in Relativity required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Work Hours
- Pay rate: $42 per hour
- Potential overtime paid at time and a half
- Full-time position (40 hours per week) with possible overtime
Location
- Remote work available
- Residency required in one of the following states: California, Delaware, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Florida, or Texas
- Remote work outside these states or outside the United States is not permitted
