Senior Corporate Counsel

Overview

This role supports corporate clients, including tech startups and companies in transition. You will own key client relationships, lead transactions, and work closely with the leadership team.

Responsibilities include handling venture financings, M&A, corporate governance, securities matters, and equity compensation for entrepreneurial clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience
• At least 2 advising startups
• Active California Bar Admission (required)
• Strong foundation in venture financing and corporate governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Cross-border experience (strong plus)
