The organization is seeking an accomplished and client-focused e-Discovery attorney for a remote-based Project Management position. The role requires a large law firm background in managed review and a thorough understanding of e-Discovery methodologies.
Relativity Analytics and/or experience with other platforms is required. The successful applicant will have extensive experience leading projects with cross-functional technical and legal teams and establishing an effective project management strategy that meets all project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead e-Discovery projects in collaboration with cross-functional technical and legal teams
- Establish and execute project management strategy to meet project objectives
- Manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- Confront unexpected problems quickly and effectively
- Provide strong communication and interpersonal engagement across client and internal stakeholders
Requirements
- JD from a top law school
- Strong Relativity experience, especially with analytics
- Active bar admission and in good standing in a US jurisdiction
- Large law firm experience
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and maintain client satisfaction
- Strong communication, client management, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with e-Discovery methodologies and managed review
- Experience working across client and technical/legal teams on e-Discovery matters
