Overview
This role is for a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join an in-house legal department on an engagement-to-permanent basis. The position is remote, with occasional travel to Nashville (a couple of times a year) for team meetings.
You will be part of a small litigation team, supporting attorneys with case management, discovery, depositions, and mediation materials.
Responsibilities
- Own the litigation hold process from issuance through collection
- Manage discovery in Everlaw
- Track expert depositions and other key deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Help prepare mediation materials and position statements
- Participate in depositions (virtually) alongside litigation counsel and handle follow-up to keep matters moving
Requirements
- 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience at a large law firm, in an in-house legal department, or both
- Strong eDiscovery skills (Everlaw experience is a plus)
- Experience issuing litigation holds and coordinating document collections
- Experience calendaring and supporting depositions, including expert depositions
- Experience helping prepare for mediations, including drafting position statements
- Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Experience working with outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 - $95,000 (based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, and credentials)
