Overview
The organization is seeking a Senior IP Attorney (Partner) with 7–15 years of experience to join its intellectual property law practice. This is a fully remote role and includes comprehensive support services without high revenue splits. The ideal candidate will have extensive intellectual property experience, strong client relationship management skills, and excellent legal writing ability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse caseload of IP matters, maintaining high-quality client service and results
- Use firm backend support to streamline productivity and optimize billing
- Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff, fostering a cohesive and effective team environment
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- Proven ability to manage complex IP cases and client relationships in a remote work environment
