A boutique litigation law firm based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a motivated litigation paralegal with significant trial experience. This role involves managing the full spectrum of paralegal responsibilities throughout the litigation life cycle in a fast-paced environment. Experience in federal court is considered a plus. The position offers the opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile matters requiring attention to detail, discretion, and diligence.
Responsibilities
- Support litigation processes from inception through trial
- Manage case files and documentation
- Assist with trial preparation and coordination
- Perform legal research and draft legal documents as needed
- Collaborate with attorneys and other legal staff to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
- Federal court experience is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials (bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate)
- Outstanding professional references
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and discretion
