Overview

A growing telehealth organization is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support its litigation strategy and ensure compliance during rapid expansion. This role focuses on managing the e-discovery lifecycle, data preservation, and serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and outside counsel in complex nationwide class action lawsuits.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end e-discovery process, including researching electronic records, mapping data environments, and managing defensive information gathering.
  • Design, implement, and audit legal hold policies to secure relevant information across various platforms such as Slack, Jira, and AWS.
  • Act as the main point of contact for outside counsel, providing necessary materials for litigation while avoiding redundant work or over-collection.
  • Identify internal witnesses, document their knowledge, and assist in preparing them for depositions and discovery.
  • Draft and implement key legal policies related to service of process, litigation workflows, and media inquiries.
  • Manage routine subpoena requests and discovery motions efficiently without losing focus on larger litigation goals.

Required Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally combining "Big Law" training with in-house experience.
  • Advanced expertise in e-discovery, including proficiency with electronic records management and discovery software such as Relativity or Logikcull.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale, multi-jurisdictional class action litigation.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to navigate cloud-based work environments and explain technical data structures to outside counsel.
