Overview
A leading AI research and deployment organization is seeking a Senior-level Paralegal to join their Litigation and Regulatory team. This role supports litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters related to the business. It involves cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Communications, Global Affairs, and Executive teams. The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model requiring three days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available.
Responsibilities
- Manage case support including coordination of case teams, oversight of outside counsel, organization and tracking of case materials, and identification of issues and risks.
- Conduct fact investigations by collaborating with various teams and individuals, managing document and data collection, and coordinating witnesses.
- Execute and provide guidance on legal preservation workflows.
- Develop and implement processes and programs to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a paralegal handling complex litigation and regulatory matters, including competition/antitrust, preferably at an innovative technology company, law firm, or in-house legal department.
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $216,000 to $240,000 annually.
- Hybrid work model with three days per week in the San Francisco office.
- Relocation assistance provided.
