  • Broad legal knowledge, including intellectual property, real estate, construction, corporate governance, data privacy, content licensing, and commercial contracts; experience with labor relations and the USPTO is a plus.
  • Exceptional drafting and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and succinctly across many areas and levels of the organization.
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and demonstrated gravitas, capable of earning the confidence of senior management and all employees.
  • Excellent judgment, leadership, and analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate legal issues and risks.
  • Collaboration and enthusiasm for a collaborative environment supporting both creative and management stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong time management skills and proficiency reviewing and processing large amounts of data.
