Overview
An established cybersecurity organization is seeking a Senior Contracts Specialist to join their contracts team. This role reports to the Vice President of Contracts and involves managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including review, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management. The position requires close collaboration with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to ensure efficient deal progression and sound contractual risk management.
Responsibilities
- Independently review, redline, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as customer agreements, reseller and channel agreements, vendor contracts, subcontractor agreements, and federal/SLED contracts
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters
- Interpret contractual rights, obligations, and terms and conditions
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team to track and fulfill client contractual obligations
- Develop solutions to complex contractual issues and provide practical guidance to internal teams
Requirements
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field, or Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent work experience
- 5–10 years of experience independently negotiating complex commercial contracts, including with Fortune 200/500 customers
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (Ironclad strongly preferred) and Salesforce
- Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools
- Proven negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—concise, direct, and professional
- Customer service-driven with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously

Compensation & Benefits
- Primarily remote workforce (U.S. based only); some travel or on-site work may be required for certain positions
