Overview
The organization is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support corporate, legal, and administrative functions. This position prepares and maintains organizational records, manages entity compliance, and supports transactions and legal onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents, records, minute books, and organizational charts.
- Manage corporate filings and entity compliance, including formations, dissolutions, annual reports, and Secretary of State updates.
- Support M&A, equity, and debt transactions, including due diligence, schedules, and ancillary transaction documents.
- Assist with legal onboarding and integration of acquired entities, including researching and summarizing legal and business information.
- Provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, including obtaining executive signatures and completing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Paralegal certification from an American Bar Association-approved program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, professional demeanor and ability to collaborate effectively across different personalities and business divisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate filings, entity compliance, and transaction documentation.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $77,200.00–$115,700.00
- Final compensation may vary based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors.
- Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
