Overview

A law firm is seeking a paralegal to join their tax team in a remote capacity based in the Chicago, IL area. This role involves a combination of paralegal and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform approximately 80% paralegal and billable work
  • Conduct depositions and assist with trial preparation
  • Manage client signings
  • Handle general administrative tasks (approximately 20% of the role)

Requirements

  • Minimum of six years of experience in fiduciary litigation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $64.10 to $87.18 based on a 37.5-hour work week
  • Eligibility for overtime pay
