Overview
A leading Fortune 500 insurance company is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Contracts Paralegal for a temporary, fully remote engagement. This role involves drafting and redlining a wide variety of contracts, including NDAs and vendor agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong independent judgment, autonomy in managing contract matters, and prior in-house contracts experience with substantial drafting and redlining responsibilities. Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management systems such as Conga is a plus.
This is a full-time temporary position expected to start in late August or September and last approximately 10-12 weeks. Preference will be given to candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities
- Draft and redline various contracts, including NDAs and vendor contracts
- Manage contract matters independently with strong judgment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Utilize Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, if applicable
Requirements
- Prior in-house contracts experience with substantial drafting and redlining
- Ability to work autonomously and exercise independent judgment
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Experience with CLMs such as Conga is preferred but not required
Position Details
- Role Type: Temporary engagement

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay range: $70,000 to $80,000 (pro-rated for contract duration)
- Pay is based on factors including experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions
