Overview

A nationwide law firm is seeking a Texas licensed attorney with a minimum of six years of litigation experience to support general, commercial, employment, and/or personal injury litigation matters. This is a permanent, full-time position that can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis for candidates located in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

  • Handle general case workup activities including written discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation in civil litigation matters
  • Manage litigation matters related to general, commercial, employment, and personal injury law
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a legal team

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Texas
  • At least 6 years of legal experience in litigation
  • Experience with general case workup and civil litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 (full-time equivalent), based on experience, qualifications, and location
  • W2 employment status
  • Eligibility for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including a qualified 401(k) plan

  • Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and professional expense stipend

Location

  • Remote or hybrid work option available (hybrid for candidates in the Dallas area)
