Overview

This role involves serving as a Title Examiner for the law firm located in Mechanicsville, VA, with options for remote work based on experience. The salary range is $55,000–$65,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Research public land records
• Trace property ownership

• Identify potential title issues to support real estate closings

Requirements
