Overview

An established law practice is seeking an attorney with 3-8 years of traditional labor law experience to join their labor law practice group. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and significant experience in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice litigation, union campaigns and representation, and labor arbitrations.

This is a hybrid position that can be based out of any office within the United States. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.

Responsibilities

  • Handle traditional labor law matters such as collective bargaining negotiations
  • Manage unfair labor practice litigation
  • Represent clients in union campaigns and labor arbitrations
  • Provide legal counsel on labor relations issues

Requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in traditional labor law
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Licensed to practice law in the candidate's state of residence

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $175,000 to $330,000 annually, depending on geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications
