AdTech Lawyer

Overview

Remote role providing expert legal advice and support to clients. This is an existing vacancy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate a wide variety of AdTech agreements.
• Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels.
• Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in client engagements with a focus on developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Take on a leadership role within the organization’s community of over 5,800 lawyers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies.
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
• Experience taking on complex projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Active bar license in the state where you reside.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong legal knowledge of technology, data privacy, and marketing.
• Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively with different departments and shareholders.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation for full-time attorney roles: $104,500–325,000 per year.
• Estimated total compensation for non-attorney roles: $71,250–309,750 per year.
• Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
