Associate Attorney
Overview
A well-established regional law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This role provides exposure to all aspects of the litigation process, working on sophisticated commercial litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
The firm offers flexibility for attorneys who prefer an in-office environment while also providing a fully remote work option due to its multi-state practice platform.
Responsibilities
- Handle various stages of commercial litigation cases
- Collaborate with the litigation team on matters spanning multiple jurisdictions
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Support trial preparation and case strategy development
Requirements
- 2-4 years of civil litigation experience
- Commercial litigation experience preferred
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
- Licensed to practice law in Washington State
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong work ethic
