Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience handling commercial contracts in-house and/or at a law firm; strong preference for healthcare or life sciences experience.
  • Experience with both sell-side (customer/partner agreements) and buy-side (vendor/procurement contracts) is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, Civil Monetary Penalties Law, and clinical licensure and scope-of-practice requirements.
