Overview
This role is central to the organization’s global expansion. You will establish new entities in new markets and ensure existing entities remain in good standing.
You will lead end-to-end delivery, partnering with a small cross-functional team spanning legal, finance, and operations. From initial scoping through launch, you will project-manage each stage, align stakeholders (including senior leadership), and ensure a clean handover to the operational team once an entity is live.
Responsibilities
- Manage the global entity lifecycle:
- Own entity setup and maintenance across multiple markets.
- Lead delivery from market scoping through corporate governance, statutory compliance, and any restructuring where needed.
- Direct cross-functional planning and execution across legal, finance, and operations.
- Engage senior stakeholders:
- Provide clear progress reporting to leadership (including the CEO).
- Surface risks early and drive decisions to keep projects moving.
- Navigate governance and regulatory requirements:
- Manage incorporation, licensing, notarisation, certification, legalisation, employer registrations, licence renewals, statutory filings, and local regulatory obligations.
- Identify efficient approaches to meet timelines during market scale-up.
- Keep entities compliant and in good standing:
- Maintain corporate records and manage renewals, registrations, filings, director/shareholder changes, board and shareholder resolutions, POAs, UBO updates, and registered office requirements.
- Ensure smooth transitions to business-as-usual.
- Broaden impact with corporate legal matters:
- Support vendor and corporate legal work, including NDAs, vendor agreements, banking documentation, lease agreements, procurement reviews, contract templates, legal playbooks, and legal operations improvements.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in entity management, company secretarial, or corporate legal work.
- Ideally experience with an EOR or payroll provider, a corporate service provider, or a multinational group.

- Execution experience: Evidence that you have completed filings, incorporations, and registrations yourself.
- Corporate governance: Experience drafting resolutions and maintaining statutory records.
- Corporate document formalities: Familiarity with notarisation, certification, and legalisation of corporate documents.
- Project management: Strong ability to manage multiple entities, providers, and deadlines simultaneously.
