Overview
The organization is expanding into new markets worldwide and is seeking an individual to own establishing new entities and keeping existing ones in good standing. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with ownership from scoping through to a fully operational entity.
For each new market, you will work with a small cross-functional team spanning legal, finance, and operations. You will manage every stage of delivery, coordinate with senior stakeholders (including the CEO), and ensure a clean handover to the operational team once an entity is live. Ongoing renewals and maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities.
You do not need to be a qualified lawyer, but you should be comfortable operating in a legal and compliance environment, understanding incorporation and licensing, and finding efficient ways to get work completed.
