Overview
This role is focused on establishing and maintaining global entities as the organization expands into new markets worldwide. It is a hands-on, delivery-focused position working with a small cross-functional team across legal, finance, and operations. The role drives projects from market scoping through to fully operational entities, then ensures a smooth handover to the operational team and oversees ongoing renewals.

- contract templates, legal playbooks
- legal operations improvements
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in entity management, company secretarial, or corporate legal work, ideally in an EOR or payroll provider, a corporate service provider, or a multinational group.
