Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney (Part-time, Remote)

Overview

A sophisticated boutique law firm is seeking an attorney with over 5 years of experience in complex federal commercial litigation for a part-time, remote contract engagement. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on litigation strategy and complex case management from anywhere in the United States. Candidates licensed to practice law in any state are eligible.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex federal commercial litigation matters
• Manage litigation strategy and complex case workflows
• Work efficiently and with strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in complex federal litigation
• Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 law firm or a sophisticated boutique law firm
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in any U.S. state
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits

• Annualized pay range (full-time equivalent): $180,000 to $240,000
• Contract pay rates depend on experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market conditions, and candidate preferences
