Data Breach Response Review Attorney - Remote

Overview

An opportunity is available for licensed attorneys with experience in data breach response to join a roster for future projects. This role involves project-based data breach response document review in a fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct document review related to data breach response matters.
• Work on a project basis with variable hours and a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in data breach response.
• Active license and good standing with any state bar.
• Ability to provide own computer and secure high-speed internet connection.
• Must reside and work remotely from one of the following states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA.

Compensation

• Starting pay rate of $23.00 per hour for licensed attorneys meeting the above requirements.

Location

• Fully remote position with the requirement to reside and work from specified states listed above.
