Defense Attorney - Workers Compensation - Remote

Overview

A growing California Workers’ Compensation defense firm is seeking a fully remote attorney to manage all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from discovery through settlement or trial. Both experienced and newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply. The firm focuses on client satisfaction, open communication, early resolutions, and creative litigation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of Workers’ Compensation cases from inception to resolution, emphasizing early resolution and innovative solutions.
• Review new claim materials and provide recommendations on claim handling, action plans, case exposure, and legal defenses.
• Quickly analyze new information and apply comprehensive knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation law.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure effective claim management.
• Maintain prompt communication and professional relationships with both internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a California Bar License.
• Post-Bar candidates are also welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $110,000 to $200,000+ depending on experience.
