Defense Trial Attorney (Remote: New Hampshire Barred)

Overview

Remote Defense Trial Attorney role supporting the organization’s growing New Hampshire practice. Position involves defending a variety of insurance defense matters.

Responsibilities

• Defend insurance defense matters, including:
  • General Liability
  • Personal Injury
  • Product Liability
  • Professional Liability
• (Preferred) Manage matters independently from suit inception to settlement/trial.

Requirements

• 2 to 10+ years of relevant experience
• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
• Experience with Insurance Defense
• Trial experience (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, and summarizing depositions
• Ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial
• Ability to waive into another bar and having multiple bars in the New England area (ideal; candidates with only one bar may be considered)

Required Education & Licensure

• Active New Hampshire Bar License (Required)
